Ellen Choi Registered Massage Therapist
Ellen is a dedicated registered massage therapist who prioritizes listening to her patients and understanding how their daily lives are affected by their symptoms. With extensive experience and numerous case studies, Ellen is confident in her ability to apply appropriate methods for addressing pain and injuries from various sources, including sports, work, pregnancy, chronic pain, and complex medical conditions.
She utilizes a diverse range of techniques, including Swedish massage, myofascial and trigger point release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and joint mobilizations, ensuring effective and lasting relief.
Prior to becoming an RMT, Ellen managed a fitness center in Korea, where she developed a deep understanding of exercise, rehabilitation, and pain management. When she’s not treating patients, Ellen enjoys spending time with family, discovering gourmet restaurants, and traveling to campgrounds for peaceful campfire nights.

Sooyoon (Sandra) Park Registered Massage Therapist
Sandra is a passionate registered massage therapist who believes in treating the whole body to promote circulation, relieve pain, and increase body awareness. She is a registered member in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC) and a graduate of Vancouver Career College of Massage Therapy.

Elisha Kim Registered Massage Therapist
Elisha completed the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College in 2021 and has since been dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health. She employs a range of techniques, including Swedish massage, myofascial and trigger point release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and joint mobilizations, to promote true structural change and healing.

Ian Lee Registered Acupuncturist (Sport Medicine Acupuncture))
Hwarim Lee (Ian), R.Ac is a Registered Acupuncturist who completed the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) program at VaCC. He is also an ACE-certified personal trainer, having completed the personal training program at Infofit. With a background as a former police officer and personal experience with exercise-related injuries, Hwarim brings a deep understanding and empathy to those dealing with pain or movement limitations.
He specializes in various acupuncture techniques, including acupressure, cupping therapy, and traditional needling. These methods allow him to effectively treat a wide range of conditions—from muscle tension and chronic pain to poor circulation and energetic imbalances. His experience as a personal trainer further equips him to address muscle imbalances and movement dysfunctions, enabling a truly holistic approach to care.
By integrating acupuncture, cupping, acupressure, and customized exercise programs, Hwarim supports his clients in relieving pain, restoring balance, and improving mobility.

Ziming Zhao Registered Acupuncturist
Ziming Zhao R. Ac (Ming) is a registered acupuncturist who specializing in traditional Chinese
needling techniques. He began his journey in Chinese medicine eight years ago when he was
introduced by his mentor who helped him with mental struggles with acupuncture. Since then he has been passionately studying this ancient technique.
In addition to his general acupuncture practice, Ming is certified in Tong-Style Acupuncture, scalp acupuncture and auricular acupuncture. He also focuses on pulse taking, mental health and alleviating pain-related symptoms with fewer needles.
Ming’s goal is to help his patients recover swiftly while integrating traditional Chinese philosophy into his therapeutic approach.
Known for his compassionate and easy-going nature, Ming helps put patients at ease –
especially those who may be nervous about trying acupuncture for the first time. With a background in psychology, Ming values the importance of one’s internal balance in today’s fast-paced world. He believes in the body’s innate ability to recover and it’s his goal to assist his patients to achieve that.
Ming has been practicing Chen-style Tai Chi and other internal forms of Chinese martial arts since 2016, and is a dedicated practitioner of Buddhist meditation which he found benefited himself greatly.

Shayan Sadeghi Registered Practicing Kinesiologist
Shayan Sadeghi a Registered Practicing Kinesiologist with British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists. He has certifications in advanced exercise prescription, CPR-C/AED, and first aid from the Canadian Red Cross.
Shayan is a client-focused Kinesiologist with 4 years of experience helping people move better, feel better, and live more active lives. He specializes in rehab, movement assessment, and creating personalized exercise plans that actually work for each person. He has worked with a wide range of clients and enjoy being part of a team—whether in a clinic or fitness setting—to help people reach their goals and improve their quality of life.
