Indigo Wellness Clinic is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation and wellness clinic in Coquitlam, offering registered massage therapy, acupuncture, physiotherapy, kinesiology / active rehabilitation, and clinical counselling. All services are subject to availability and appointment scheduling.

3. Appointment Booking & Payments

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash, credit cards, and direct billing for ICBC claims and most extended health insurance plans.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.
• No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Liability

Indigo Wellness Clinic and its practitioners are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or reactions to treatments. Clients must disclose relevant medical history before treatment.
